Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods, dispatch may take 48–72 hours.
For UK Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00pm (UK time) to ensure same-day dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility lies with the courier. We are unable to control courier delivery times or delays.
The same applies to customs delays for international orders. Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside of our control.
Couriers will only deliver to the address provided at checkout and will not leave parcels with neighbours. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for rearranging delivery.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping & Customs
For deliveries outside the UK, additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply in accordance with local regulations. These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
