What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for refund or exchange provided the item is returned to us:

• Within 14 days of delivery

• In the original unworn and unwashed condition

• With the swing tag still attached

• In the original clear packaging it was sent in

Please note:
If an item shows any signs of wear, including but not limited to perfume scent, makeup marks, deodorant stains, or fabric damage, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to you.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedure has not been followed.

Important Notes

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your order qualified for free shipping and you return items that reduce your final order value below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Large returns may be subject to a processing fee.

Failure to Follow Returns Procedure

If an item is returned incorrectly and must be sent back to you, a shipping fee will be required before the item is released. The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid.

Processing Time

• Returns can take up to 14 days to process from the date we receive the item.

• During Ramadan, processing times may extend to up to 21 days.

Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Yes. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
